Frequently asked questions
How do I know a review is authentic?
After writing their review, your client receives an email and must click to confirm it. Without confirmation, the review never even reaches you. Even reviews you add yourself must be confirmed by their author: on Dewbox, no review is published without this check. With you, one address can confirm only one review per week, and you can never edit the text or rating. Confirmed reviews carry the “Authentic” badge.
Do my customers need an account?
No. They open your link, write a few lines, and it's sent.
Does it work with my website?
Yes, with any site that accepts an HTML block: WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, Systeme.io or a hand-coded site. Otherwise, just share your public wall link.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. Data is stored in Europe (Frankfurt), the widget sets no cookies, every customer consents before publication, and their email address is never published.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your subscription ends at the close of the paid period. Your 15 most recently published reviews stay online; the others are put on hold, never deleted, and come back if you upgrade again.
What happens after my 15 free reviews?
Your 15 published reviews stay online, and your clients can always leave a review: nothing is blocked or lost. You read every new review in your dashboard; to publish them on your site, you'll simply upgrade to Pro, which opens very soon.
